Good day. My wife and I visited Vida at Lenz Quarter on the 18th of Jan. The service was disgusting and a violation of basic dignity. The waiter was flipant, the manager was dismissive. We were treated as objects that are nit welcome there. This is not the first episode at this store. For us it will be the last. The food and service on at least 5 occasions was dismal. The last visit was so bad we left your order and walked out. I believe the store should be shut down or at the very least all staff dismissed.
Very disappointing service regarding a household claim, a burst water pipe took 4 days to resolve and after 10 days the ceiling damage yet to be attended. Can a company's complaint department need a complaint against them for zero response?! Time to move on to another insurer after close to 10 years with King Price. King has become a court jester.
