Snatcher - all in a name.
Have bought several times from Snatcher and although mostly have no issues, you are only notified that something is out of stock once you have paid and it does not matter if you complain as nothing will come of it. I was offered a credit for 2 items that I did complain about not receiving but yet again when I tried to follow up on it, was ignored. Not my favorite company to deal with to be honest, so generally avoid them.

No credit yet to be given when stock is sold out.
Overall experiences have been good but when stock is out they offer a credit of which I still have not received for 2 items. Enquiries don't amount to much as I've had no response.

The Courier Guy efficient and courteous.
Have only had excellent dealings with The Courier Guy. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. Collection and delivery is very quick and efficient. Well done team, not a common occurrence this days to have a company one can rely on.

So far so good. Delivery can be a little slow but over all I have been happy.
