Pathetic
I have sent an enquiry to Old Mutual with regards to my late Mother’s policies. It has bee four weeks and I have not received any information as to how to proceed. Al they have done is to send my query internally to each other but not a single person has done the effort to inform me what the proses is. No one willing to do the job. I will never consider it to trust this institution with its incompetent people with my funds. I hope this gets some reaction.

Very Very Unhappy!
4 weeks is already a long time to wait for your order, 4 weeks are mentioned in their adverti*****ts and e mails ‘for a lead time on manufacturing’. The problem is it does not stay at 4 weeks, it goes on to 6 weeks then you will maybe receive you order because the courier company they use are just as pathetic. My order are really unpleasant and frustrating.

Their service is pathetic.
If you want to be really really frustrated, use Fastway. It has been three days they have stated on my tracking status that I am going to receive my package, but still noting. I would not recommend them, I will recommend to stay as far as possible form them.
