MTN South Africa is useless
Most *********** company.Been battling more than 4 months.You pay your contract and they don't allocate the payments and your service gets suspended.Take days off work and visit more then 5 stores and call customer care still no help.MTN is absolutely useless

MtN accounts department is ***********.They cut our service even though we have paid ,we have sent them the receipts been to multiple stores and confirmed with easy pay that payment was made.Yet MTN still can't manage to fix there mistake

After sale service
Mohamed sold us the solar system and David did the installation about 4 months ago.We have had a problem here and there.We can't get hold of mohamed or David do seem to have any after sale service.

Bad service
Vodacom seems to bot be able to follow instructions sens messages to other numbers besides the primary number on accounts tried to rectify numerous times with no success
