Absolutely worst service ever. Paid a fortune on an order on 18 December. Have received nothing. Tracking site's progress stopped updating on 24 Jan 25. Was meant to receive the order at the latest 3 weeks ago. Now the Taylor, who I have been communicating with is simply ignoring me. The "contact us" platform on the Dr Martens SA website does not even work. There are no numbers to phone. These people are ****ming us and getting away with it. I have requested a refund but also been ignored there. Only wish I'd checked hello Peter before making any purchase. Absolutely disgusting. Anyone who can advise on how to proceed against this company, please let me know.
Mtn staff are called service champions which is ironic because "champion" indicates excellence and that has been sorely lacking in my every interaction with them since May. I have never been more disappointed or infuriated in the lack of assistance that I have received from a service provider. I have been fighting with Mtn since May. It all started with me trying to upgrade an existing contract as I required more data. Countless e-mails, many ignored. Phone calls where I held most times for at least 15min, was cut off, pushed from pilar to post or simply went through to someone who wasn't able to assist. Calls that were never returned. I have subsequently been trying to cancel my contract. After absolute agony I eventually managed to convert my contract to prepaid and was told no less than 3 times in that conbersation by Mpho that I did NOT have to pay an early termination fee and Mtn would NEVER debit my account again. I asked if I could get rid of the sim now, it was all sorted, he said yes. Joke was on me because come month end I received an invoice and my account was debited. Evidently Mpho lied and he could simply not explain to me why he spent an entire phone call feeding me the incorrect information. He said that regardless of what he had advised me that day, I was now to disregard that conversation completely and would need to now pay an early termination fee in order to cancel. They will now not terminate said This after I spent a month not even turning on my router as I believed it was all sorted. I have since requested several times for a manager to phone me and for the recording of my conversation with Mpho. Coincidentally there was an error in retrieving said recording and I haven't heard from Mtn again. Mails have been ignored. No manager has even attempted to contact me. Month end is around the corner and they will successful steal my money, but other than that I simply won't hear from them again, unless they don't receive my money in which case I'm sure I will find that their debt collecting department are most certainly "service champions". Absolutely disgusting treatment of a paying customer who was, initially, simply trying to bump up a contract, pay mtn more money but through a lack of assistance forced to tearn to another service provider
