On Thursday the court 10th of November after load shedding after switching on my stove the the main switch tripped . This happened more that four times . I was trying to Atleast ensure that I had electricity in the apartment. Land Lord advised he can not assist at the time but send security who could not resolve the matter I was advised how to log a maintenance call on the IHS Site and this was done the same night . Everyday I call the land Lord to follow up who can only say he is following up but never gives feedback. It is now officially a week and this has not been resolved though it states that such issues take 24 to 48 hours. A company that truly does not care for its tenants. Does not care about the environment we live in but are quick to send threatening eviction letters even when rent is only a R100 short. Your service is really disgusting
I have lived at The Village for more than 2 years . Our care taker is Bea Jack. I think this man has people he generally helps (I don’t know what the criteria is ) and some he does not like myself . The wood work on the balcony is falling apart . This has been reported over 3 months ago yet nothing is happening and no feedback is provided to me . Now I have water in the kitchen coming out at a very low rate. This then prevents me from using my Washing machine. Rent is going up and I meet my end of the deal by paying it . Water and sanitation and other services are going up and that is accounted for by myself . Yet I can not get basic assistance in staying here. If there is anything IHS Is showing me is that they do not care about renters . They are pushing me out. This place is running empty and they are chasing away people that can still stay here with their Appalling service. When I do move out the very same things they could not fix that are beyond my control will be charged from my deposit ?
You don’t have to scream black chick was the comment I received when I asked a guy to remove his car from my parking for 2 to 3 hours Immediately when I saw this car I called the company on 065 5518935 asking them kindly to remove their maintenance to enable me to park. A lady picked up who advised that she would call them right away and advise them to move . To my surprise 2 hours later the car was still in my parking . When I called the same number again suddenly my number was not being picked up. I sent a text advising I had called the clampers to clam this car and was alexia’s that the car already moved . I sent this lady a pic with registration number HH80Vl Gp was still in my parking and then got no response. My calls from this point on was dropped . This is pure disrespect and if they treat potential customers like this just how ****py do they treat their customers I would urge any black person in and around centurion no to call on this company in times of need . Their attitude and bad manners exercised by the staff can only be a reflection of the company it’s self . Their alternative number is 012751 431 DONT USE THEM SIES
