What a bogus company,charging thumb sucked interests on accounts that are paid up and service agents who can’t explain how they got to that interest. Rude agents who hang up their calls when asked questions they have no answers too. Now they don’t answer my calls.
Webafrica /Vumatel An error of not debiting was made from them , then they proceed to disconnect the wifi. They then debit our account and now we are still stuck here with no connection. The only way to communicate with them is through whatsapp and their email that both dont work . How on earth do we get ahold of them ? how will my wifi be restored . Im not happy with their service at all. And if I could find any other service provider around my area I will leave these ghosts without any hesitation because clearly , the only time we can get ahold of them is when theres a sale and not for anything else.
