Avoid at all cost!!!
I reluctantly signed up with these *****s out of desperation. Biggest mistake I have ever made! The first few months - nothing was payed off, debtors were still contacting me, and to this day (4 odd years later) I have managed all my debtors myself and made my own arrangements with them since. The complaints list is endless! Long story short - the first few months - nothing was payed off. I was then retrenched, which they stated I needed an affidavit stating so, so I got one from the cop shop. Next thing I know my account is suspended, and has been since - they stated non-payment. So basically, I signed up with them to put a fat black mark on my name, then they suspend my account and that's the last I have heard from them. Apparently they don't even know who I am and have no record! Seriously, do ANYTHING to NOT sign up with these fools, just make another plan. You WILL regret it, and you will be forgotten and left on your own anyway. These clowns have done nothing for me except make my life a living nightmare!

Good communication and efficient delivery
I had a good experience ordering from FirstShop. Pricing is decent and I was kept up to date with what was going on with my order, with friendly service from Gareth. Item received in good working order, will be ordering from them again.

Absolute Scum!
Ordered in January and still waiting like everyone else. Same story, had coms with them then they disappear. Lost R4250 to them, and it really does seem like you can commit these types of offenses and get away with it. I have done what I can, but can nothing be done by higher powers? Surely they cannot get away with this!?? Looks like they might. Also, I've been keeping an eye on this and it seems they may have opened another website and renamed themselves Click to Buy. The similarities are uncanny. So frustrating that you can commit blatant daylight robbery and get away with it! Well the government does, why cant they, right? Can these guys just get nailed and jailed already???

Third time I'm posting, my reviews keep getting deleted. Guess there is too much truth to what I say or PC Link got involved. Just AVOID PC Link, I ordered on 23rd January 2022 to the sum of 4250 and long story short - No communication, no updates, no idea where my product or money is. They claim the have submitted a refund 3+ weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Got an email yesterday from Garth saying he will follow up. I'm not holding my breath! Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere, unless you want to throw your money away.

Avoid at all cost! Not a first-time order, but certainly the last. I ordered 23 January 2022 (R4250) and never heard a thing from them. After trying endlessly to get hold of them, I was told on 4th March that the "refund request has been submitted" and I’m still waiting. Prior to this there was no communication, no replies to emails, and forget about trying to phone them. Their service is shocking and really not worth your while, probably the worst service or non-service I've ever experienced. They have probably closed down and still taking people’s money. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere, even if it costs a bit more. You will save yourself a lot of frustration and money. Something should be done about this company!

Avoid at all cost! Not a first-time order, but certainly the last. I ordered 23 January 2022 for an order that takes 5 – 7 days (as claimed) and was told on 4th March that the "refund request has been submitted" (I have my doubts, I'm still waiting). Prior to this there was no communication, no replies to emails, and forget about trying to phone them. I was told that the refund takes 7 – 14 days, I am still waiting nearly 3 weeks later with no response from them and no refund. Their (non) service is shocking and all they do is lie, probably the worst service or non-service I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere even if it costs a bit more. PC Link is clearly VERY shady and should close their doors. We enough crooks and robbers in this country! Time to speak to a lawyer. Give me my money back!

Fantastic service
I had my doubts as it was the first time ordering with them however I was pleasantly surprised! I had a concern about my order which I thought would go unheard however I was helped promptly and got exactly what I wanted! This would not have happened at any other place from my experience. Brilliant service and excellent prices. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Parasites
Absolutely terrible and pathetic! I received and sms saying I own x amount to these people, so I gave them a call. (Why didn't they phone me?) They claim I owe them an amount for something that was handed over. I told them the account was settled about a year ago and there were no problems, however they say I still owe them money. I asked them what I owe them money for, they said costs incurred. I asked them for what, they couldn't answer. Usually you pay a person for their service, what service am I paying for or getting? They couldn't answer. They tell me I'm blacklisted until I pay, just like that. RUDE and unhelpful, spoken down to like rubbish. Stay away from them and don't pay them a cent if you don't have to! Seems they are just desperate for money and will milk they guy on the street for everything they have!
