PATHETIC SERVICE ,THIEVES!!!!
Oh my...oh my PATHETIC This company is by far the most pathetic, worse of the worse Companies EVER!!!!!!! I have written so many complaints, emails, tried Calling there disconnected lines, reported them on hello peter and they are just pathetic, I got a promising reply on my last review that they will contact me but NOTHING... I want my money back , I still have not heard, or received my product since July. Rain stole my money, they deduct and then no product is given. Be careful people they are thieves, and there is NO WAY of getting hold of them cause they don’t reply to emails and there number keeps saying there not available...and don’t believe them when 1 person contacts you in almost 2 months after you report them .. THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES... I want my R700 back..I am busy with Lawyers and wanted to avoid this but they just don't care not even about 1 of there clients so i will take this further..

Worst service i have EVER received.
I am extremely upset and furious with the lack of service I am receiving from Rain . I have PAID R699.00 on the 29 July 2020 and have NOT YET received a router or our 5g sim card. On monday 24 August 2020 someone came to deliver the WRONG sim card so I send it back as it was only a 4g sim card and we have orderd the 5g sim card with a router almost a month ago.. Someone phoned my partner yesterday to confirm the Cancelation? What cancelation? I am extremely upset with the lack of educated staff that can not understand basic English to correct a mistake that Rain keeps making over and over . Another amount is due to go off on the 29th of August for another amount of R699-00. That is then going to be a total of R1398-00 that we will have paid and have not even received anything. I am sick and tired of calling and the head office is closed and I have send over 5 emails including this one and NO RESPONSE back. This is absolutely the worst I have ever, ever had to deal with as a service Provider.
