The haven't credited or refund me after I made a manual payment . Instead they went and debited my account .
Their legal team public humiliate me . I understand they needed take some legal measures but not to publicly humiliated ( Mall) like that as if I am criminal . Worst part I didn't even get a warning call . When I call their offices they told thats how its done . I want to know if that was the right way of treating clients .
They are not truth full and they real don't take care of their client's property . Very poor services
I just bought a brand new Renault car and within a month its making funny sounds already
EFG Attorneys are not reliable I had my account handed over to them as I was about to settle the account falsely gave me a settlement letter. After i have made a settlement they told me that the settlement amount was incorrect and I have to get another settlement amount. Their say was " We had a system error you didn't qualify for the settlement letter that we gave you ". This guys I would make payments and still call me for missing payments. Ned bank should get other attorneys that will treat clients( of all race) with respect and reliability.
