Beautiful place but they can't guarantee a special experience because of the other guests noisy behaviour.
I feel sorry for anyone living in an estate with Linteg Fibre as their provider. Their customer service is nonexistent. I understand that network connections can sometimes be interrupted by factors beyond their control. However, in 2024, when everything can be accessed remotely, they still don’t offer 24/7 customer service via WhatsApp or email. I logged an incident call last night, only to receive a reply this morning saying they performed a remote speed check and found everything to be okay. Of course, it looks fine now compared to last night when I had very slow download speeds. Now they’re asking me to do a speed test and send them the results. How ridiculous is this request from them!
They have the worst so-called customer service and the monopoly of being the only fibre provider and ISP that Jackal Creek Golf Estates residents must use. I am sure this must be illegal !!!!!!
I have been struggling for 3 weeks now to close my bank account with them. Every time I call them, they tell me it will escalated and should be closed in the next 24 to 48 hrs. OK, my 24 to 48 hrs is going on for 3 weeks now ***!
