I will never use VHI again!
Even though I had been a member for over 10 years but never used this, I had now requested for my cash back and to cancel membership, only to be told I had forfeited my money, which they had said on inception that we will receive this back in 10 years. They had collected monies every month with no hassle. Now comes time to refund and cancel. This was never disclosed and now refuse to refund it. I do not recommend to be part of this membership.

Request assistance for a refund due to non-delivery
I had purchased an item in January 2022 and has still not received feedback, even though I had tried to contact them numerous times. If there anyone that can assist with my refund on this product since it has not been delivered?

Never use this supplier
Manicaa doesn’t deserve a star. I had ordered an item in Jan of this year and it has still not been delivered. With constant follow ups and being totally ignored, they stole my money. There is no contact number to even call and escalate to find out what’s going. Really pathetic and disappointing we have suppliers like this around.

Terrible service
I have been trying to activate my month to month fibre for the past 7 days. I had contacted Mweb end of November to confirm all is in order and they advised yes. Now I am sitting with no internet, with constant follow ups from me and no one is assisting. This is really terrible service.

No internet on 5G
I had close to very little internet speed on 4G due to congested towers. I then upgraded to 5G since they advised me it was available and now have no internet at all. Tried contacting rain support a few times and nothing can be done. This is really frustrating.

Seamless and no hassle signing up
I enquired through Dotsure and immediately was called. Great service and the agent Mazibulo Myo was very helpful and answered all my queries. Signed up within 20 minutes.

Disappointed
For the first time in my life I had a claim, and budget insurance rejected it. During this pandemic, it has been really tough and I delayed in logging my claim. They didn’t even query and ask about what were my reasons and just rejected the claim, which was a very small amount. Never again with budget insurance.
