We ordered blinds through Builders Warehouse, Hillcrest in January 2022, two weeks later our blinds were ready, they were the wrong size. Took them back and now after 5 weeks the blinds are still not ready. Builders Warehouse made a call to them and I spoke to Malusi, he does not apologize and seems to think that all is well. Would definitely NOT recommend them.
We went to Pick and Pay, Christians Village, Hillcrest at about 8.30am on Tuesday 9 November 2021. WHAT A TERRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. When we went to pay, there were only TWO tills open, one for 10 items or less and the other for more items. As we had more than 10 items, we waited in the correct queue for a very long time. The queue moved extremely slowly. When we got to the till another 10 items or less till opened – and still we waited. Eventually a staff member came towards the customers and we asked him why there were only 2 tills open. He became very aggressive and informed us that there were 3 tills open. We told him from the time we waited only 2 were available. We informed him that it was shocking to have such few tills available. He argued with us again. My husband asked him who he was and he informed us he was the store manager. The worst experience was that he kept staring at us and just would not even apologize. We felt extremely intimidated by him. I went to him and asked him his name, he informed me that it was VINOD. We moved to the highway area recently and I was absolutely shocked that a MANAGER could treat customers in such an unmannered and rude way.
Pathetic service at the adidas Springfield park, Durban store. I wanted to purchase a pair of running shoes , there was nobody assisting customers, no little chair to sit on and try the shoes, I sat on a bucket, the shoe boxes had no prices, shoes on display had the wrong prices, it was a mess. Sent an email to them and Fadwa replied that adidas provides exceptional service And will get back to me, still waiting ....... that is Terrible service
