Bonitas contact center and their intermediary TendaHealth don't communicate. I've been having consistent billing issues that seems resolved when speaking to a clerk, but when the billing cycle comes the issues persists.
Absolutely shocking service. I'm not even a month into my membership and they have shown their absolute unwillingness to help with a simple request. So much so that the phone was put down in my ear when I asked how they can help as COVID cannot still be used as an excuse in level 2. What will happen when I have a claim? Will they also just drop calls?
