The Remax branch in Weltevreden Park is the worst company you can trust with your property. Totally *********** and lacks accountability. Why do you manage property rentals when your agents lack knowledge and integrity to do bare minimum requirements? I’m beyond frustrated.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE! What a bad way to end a relationship with a trusted company. What we endured with the Weltevreden Park team is the reason I will say DO NOT RENT OUT YOUR PROPERTY WITH THESE GUYS! Imagine your agency being told by the tenant to use their deposit to cover the rent due because of their incompetence they allow that. And when the tenant is advised to pay the difference and damages to the property, the agent says “everything is in order.” I honestly dislike this company for what you put us through. They don’t even do inspections, all they do is get paid and protect the tenant all the time. That lady Karen needs to retire, there’s no reason why she still works cause her incompetence is the reason we are in this mess!
What a way to **** people Telkom. I had a data contract contract with Telkom that was ending in February 2024, they got a coloured laaitie call me to sell me a renewal and I felt it was a great deal to pass and signed up for new improved contract for my parents. All was good and well, so as an impressed customer, I went on and took another contract with a router for day to day and everything was fine first month until I received bill that was extremely expensive to which I called them to fix because I didn’t understand how this bill was even sent to me. I spoke to their contact centre agents who advised that the bill was due to my parents’ deal going over the agreed limit and I explained that I advised the coloured guy that it must not pass and I need the recording to confirm that ordeal. Then I spoke to a lady from the billing team who promised to give me a call back between last Thursday or Friday which she didn’t. You know how they resolved my case? They sent me an sms saying your case has been resolved and I had to call them back to find out the outcome to which they saying my request was declined cause they can’t pick up the recording due to something Nontobeko said and I couldn’t hear. They **** you like that at Telkom, funniest way to lose money cause they definitely banking on me cancelling the agreements to which I will be charged again. So the ****ming is recurring no matter how you will try to save yourself from their shackles made from Apartheid. I hate these guys and I hope everyone who thought of these little ****s to boost revenues dies long slow painful death cause there’s no reason I should be this angry on a Tuesday night while there’s football on my tv.
Telkom scams their own clients by charging them for "subscriptions" they don't know about. When I asked them for a refund they said I subscribed and there's nothing they can do, I need to get a refund from a company from UK that I don't even know. Hate cannot even describe how I feel about this company. They don't even want to investigate the matter cause they know that they are fraudsters taking advantage of their customers. **** COMPANY WHICH I'LL ALWAYS RECOMMEND AGAINST.
