Since November 2023 I could not receive internet from this company of which I am a client for few years now. I am on a month to month basis and not on contract. I tried contacting via mobile and depleted my airtime every day for 2 to 3 weeks to get hold of anyone working at this company. I eventually got hold of one of their technicians. He got a signal from tower(LUND) but there was no internet data traffic to and from that tower. I cancelled on 13 December 2023 after which I received an email stating that my cancellation is in process. Still every month debit orders getting deducted , and it escalates to an amount equal to 3 months subscription fee. I tried to contact the cancellations dept of Voice and Data again today find out what is going on. But as soon I get connected to the cancellation dept. I get cut off.
Having been a Matrix client for 16 years. Now sold vehicle and want to cancel service. But ,after phoning them I was informed that I can only cancel by sending an email. Did that and received return email that my email is received. Premium got deducted. I phoned Matrix and requested to be connected to the cancelation department or person . Well ,phone rang forever. I phone again later that day. Same story . Phone rang forever.
