I always go to Pink Carwash at Willowbridge (mostly because it’s close by and convenient). However the client service is AWFUL!!! Extremely unfriendly, unhelpful. Didn’t get the customary SMS to come and collect my car. Assumed they were busy, but after several hours I decided to go down and check. No explanation. No apology. Just a card machine shoved in my face. Owner/manager (???), desk assistant… literally everyone should go for training on how to treat customers. This might seem like a minor incident, but it resulted in a huge parking fee and it’s not the first time they deliver such poor (and UNFRIENDLY) service. PS. The car washers do a great job. Hence I still go there.
I would not let my greatest enemy do business at Canal Walk Coricraft. Terrible service. Arrogant and unhelpful staff. I have been waiting for three weeks for curtains which I already had to pay for in full. No correspondence from their side. Phoned and gone to the store myself twice now. Only got half the amount of curtains ordered. No apology, reassurance or guarantee given regarding when or if I will get the rest of my order. Have emailed all possible customer care parties, but still no response. I thought companies are desperate for business and that the customer is always right. But I am made to believe that somehow this is my fault and that I’m the one im the wrong. Very disappointed to say the least.
