Paint Off Carwash
Paint was literally washed off my car with their pressure hoses at the Durbanville Village Square branch today. They claimed its because of bubbles under my car's paint and that they would not have sprayed the damaged area if they were "warned beforehand" like I had known about it. Even if I did, why would I take the chance of this happening?! They went on saying that "We wash more than 38 000 cars a year, and your car is the second to do that in the last calendar year. The fault is thus not with us." Taking absolutely 0 responsibility. Shouldn't they then warn you beforehand of the risks or at least do a check on your car before washing with the pressure hoses - since this has happened before?! Ironically, on their website: "Our long-term vision is to create a one-stop shop for car owners, who has the desire to make their cars feel ‘new’ again” Yes, R160 for the wash plus the R7000 for the quoted repairs will make my car feel like new again! Have always taken my car to either Willowbridge or Village Square before, nothing like this has ever happened, but they won't see me or any of my friends and family again.

TERRIBLE customer service
I always go to Pink Carwash at Willowbridge (mostly because it’s close by and convenient). However the client service is AWFUL!!! Extremely unfriendly, unhelpful. Didn’t get the customary SMS to come and collect my car. Assumed they were busy, but after several hours I decided to go down and check. No explanation. No apology. Just a card machine shoved in my face. Owner/manager (???), desk assistant… literally everyone should go for training on how to treat customers. This might seem like a minor incident, but it resulted in a huge parking fee and it’s not the first time they deliver such poor (and UNFRIENDLY) service. PS. The car washers do a great job. Hence I still go there.

Didn’t get the customary SMS to come and collect my car. Assumed they were busy, but after several hours I decided to go down and check. No explanation. No apology. Very unpleasant experience.
Went for a Regular R285 Valet. Car was cleaned but they washed the weights off my rims so my wheel balancing was way off and the drive home was ridiculously bumpy, I went the next day to get the wheels balanced costing me an additional R360 and they absolutely refuse to pay for it or at least give me a refund for the valet. Bearing in mind the minute I left I called the manager and stayed in contact as I was sorting out the problem. Not to mention it took an hour longer than the time they gave me so I was late for my next appointment.
