Shocking service, wish I had checked on hellopeter before I ordered. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I ordered and paid 30 Nov 2022. No delivery, No response to emails , no response to phone calls, no response to the live chat function they have on their website
Shocking service - actually non existent service. Don’t buy a Bosch appliance because if anything goes wrong NOTHING will be done about it. The main issue appears to be the call centre and the manager of the call centre. They have no qualms about lying to their customers.
Strongly suggest do not use this company. 9 months later and our pool is not complete. Peter the owner doesn’t communicate, answer calls or any other attempts to reach him. The project has been a series of errors, issues, leaks , wrong depth of pool etc etc . My advice - find someone else

Have bought off this store at least 40 times over the past few years, have always had exceptional service. Even when something has gone wrong with an appliance they have been quick to respond, sort it out with no hassle to me. I love the Yuppiechef experience
Ordered a wood chipper that cost more than R8000 in June - no wood chipper delivered. Antonie promised me a refund as apparently their website shouldn’t be selling anymore . It’s September and still no refund and now no response on my communications -
