There was a Vodacom Fibre promotion a "Vodacom" gazebo was outside my complex in Centurion, Pretoria. The gentleman "Vodacom Fibre Manager" introduced himself by the name Cuthbert 0840994817 and asked the Vodacom lady Faith 0677916689 to come to my unit and requested me to complete a Vodacom Fibre application form. Without any written or telecom communication from Vodacom or their representatives I received a call from the fibre installation man, who come and installed the fibre and soon thereafter received a call from Ram who delivered the router. I then called the Vodacom Fibre Manager who told me to call Vodacom Fibre Call Centre 0821904 to get connected. Since the 21st of October 2022 I have been calling the Vodacom Fibre Call Centre and the Vodacom Fibre Manager "Cuthbert" just about every day and the "Customer Service" has been pathetic, the most shocking service I have ever received from a network supplier. They all promise to sort it out and call me back, but nobody takes ownership or even bothers to call back. The Vodacom reference number received the 21/10/2022 is SR2221022-442359
I experienced the most unprofessional service ever in appointing Smith & Booysen Attorneys to do the bond transfer when selling my house. There were so many delays caused by Smith and Booysen and I am still unsure if I received the correct settlement from Smith & Booysen attorneys when selling my property. Worst of all I paid more than R35000 in there account in November 2020 and when I called the Municipality "Ekurhuleni" Customer Service line I was informed the account was never closed, there was not a Clearance Certificate issued and my account has been handed over to debt collectors as I owe more than R6000 on my Ekuhuleni account that should of been settled by Smith & Booysen Attorneys. Such unethical business, they do not answer my emails or return my calls
The attorney convinced me into agreeing on a monthly retainer fee of R2500 per month. Two years later, after he continuesly kept postponing the case and had still not yet even seen my docket I requested him to stand down from the case and decided to represent myself. Then strangely, after my first appearance the state withdrew the case. I then contacted the attorney to collect my bail money from the court and give it back to me, which he agreed to do in writing and verbally but a week later he ignores all my emails, what's apps and telephone calls, how unethical for an attorney of the South African Courts.
I am utterly shocked at the service received from Old Mutual Customer Care Call Centers and the poor client services at Old Mutual East Rand Mall. I have two paid up Pension policies with Old Mutual which I have had since being a youngster and now that I have reached the age of 55years I get promised in writing by Old Mutual East Rand Mall that they will send me copies of my Policies within 72hours, after having to take time of work because it's impossible getting an Old Mutual Customer Service agent to provide me with any answers I now get told because the paid up Policies valued in the region of R300 000 are so old, they have been archived. And that's as good as it gets..Wonder what would happen in an event of death or September when I reach the age of 55?? Think twice before approaching Old Mutual, its sad to see how their Customer Service Levels have deteriorated.
When signing a contract at a Planet Fitness Gym they don't advise you the contact has a auto renewal clause. After the two year contract expired they still debt your account the Planet Fitness Clubs just refer you to the Planet Fitness Call Centre number and email address and it seems to be impossible to get through to any sales consultant and when you do they are very rude and unhelpful and refuse to provide you with a statement. What do I do?
I purchased a Nokia C1 from PEP CELL Greenstone Shopping Center on the 3/6/2020. After giving them the required documents (Copy of ID and Proof of Address) I found out from friends and family members that they noted on True Caller the Sim Card issued by PEP CELL was never registered in my name but registered in some other persons name which was extremely embarrassing. Within the fist week of purchasing the cell phone, I took the cell phone back to PEP CELL several times saying the phone is faulty not connecting to the network. The service received from the sales lady Buhle was shocking and the store manager Thandi service was even worst. Eventually, after returning to the store more than 10 times on the 5th of August 2020 they admitted the phone is faulty and decided they need to know only book the phone in for repairs. Bearing in mind that I returned the phone to the store several times within the first week I would of expected them to replace the phone. The manager Thandi and Buhle the sales person advised me the repairs would take 3-4 weeks. I have called the store, including PEP CUSTOMER SERVICE line several times, not once have they called me back to provide an update. Now going onto the 5th week that the phone has been in for repairs not mentioning all the inconvenience and frustration that I had since I purchased the phone, today I get told it should be back next week, which would then be 6 weeks. I expect PEP CELL to replace the phone or refund me my money.
