These people came to our offices and had tests done. I purchased glasses as they advised and they have debited my account yet my glasses have not been delivered it’s been almost 2 months now. I want my money back and cancel that debit order. Disgusting
Ive been with FNB for years and havent had any issue sup till now. A debit order amount which I had no issues with prior has not been paid. FNB debited the amount from my account on the 22nd. However the third party advised this was not received. FNB advised that its the creditors fault, which is fine but they will not account for the missing funds. Where did my money go??? I keep getting the run around, being rudely transferRed or being cut off.
I have an absurd amount reflecting on my credit report. It claims I have a R3400 debt from cash converters South Africa yet there is nothing I owe. This has heavily impacted my credit report as I understand I’ve been taken to the credit bureau. Someone made a mistake I’m paying heavily for. I’m unable to get good offers on the stuff I want to apply for because if this. I’ve called cash converters head office for the third time now and nothing has been updated I went to one cash converters store and I was given a letter to show that I do not owe anything at all. Please forward the corrected details to all the credit bureaus to update my payment history section of the credit report accordingly. This is an awful mistake to make in someone’s name
I’m really disappointed and furious with FNB. I have only used this bank ever. I took out a temporary kian which I settled months ago. 5 months letter it shows on my credit record as unpaid which has *****ed my credit record. Nobody seems to be helping with this issue. FNB please sort this out extremely uncalled for!!!!!
