Disappointing in the worst manner. I placed an order on Thursday 25th August for the Thursday 1st of September. Whoever I was talking to failed to provide me a reference number. I only got it on Monday 29th August. I made an immediate payment and sent them proof on the 30th August and to this point, the 31st August, 12H16, after having spoken to the manager, who by the way failed to identify my order as per the reference number I was provided, I have not received any confirmation of receipt of payment in their side as per their communication. Mind you I've been trying to call them since morning. Phone always busy or nobody picks up. This establishment is quite good at their cakes and stuff but it's their admin that is a pain.
Service is disappointing. It looks like their busses are not maintained properly. We had problems this morning at 12:30am 7th November 2021, when we had to leave Swineburne. Driver never communicated with us passengers. We have been stuck for almost an hour now at De Hoek plaza on the N3 and nothing is communicated to us. Their so called 24hr service line is not being attended to when one calls. I personally tried calling but the machine's been saying I should hold while they locate the person I'm calling. This is disturbing. Some of us are now off schedule. We have to connect to other sources of transport to get to our other destinations. Are we gonna be compensated for the inevitable loss that some of us are gonna experience? It's now 05:55am, 7th November 2021
The gun shop by the name SLINGERVEL located at 16 Scheepers Street Secunda in Mpumalanga Province-worst customer service I've ever had. Does a person have to be an expert with arms in order for them to be given great customer service in this shop? The gentleman who was at the counter seemingly had no sense of customer service ethics. I will certainly not take my business to these guys nor recommend them to anyone as I have been failed at my very first visit. I've had to find another shop closeby.

Firstly they don't follow their own power cut schedule. So inconsistent. Secondly, nobody answers the phone at the call centre. They seem to forget that there are elderly people who live in the Govan Mbeki region that require urgent assistance but because of the terrible service in GMM people must suffer for no reason. When you call they promise to come. Hours later they tell you they have a breakdown. Hardly 24hrs ago some family had an issue with electricity but till now they are not attended to. This is a disgrace.
