Watch out!! This company is a spawn of The Shutter Company Johannesburg and Port Elizabeth, same people, different name!! They are threatening me now, accusing me of dishonesty, despite making false promises to repay my money or to install the shutters, they are still taking deposits from unsuspecting victims. My husband is a disabled pensioner, and we had to convert a building to allow him freedom of movement while still having security measures. From our pension savings, we paid the Shutter company in advance as they wanted. Rodney Lambert and Scott Valentine came to us, to fit some of the shutters, and it was badly done as Rodney pointed out, they promised to return and repair it, Scott Valentine and Rodney Lambert and the Shutter Company took more than R600 000,00 thats right! SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND RANDS! From us for Shutters they have not supplied or fitted since JULY 2019. We got empty promises and lies for more than two years. We then went and reported a case of "FRAUD" and "Theft under false pretences" at the SAPS Parkview. Rodney Lambert promised the Police and ourselves that he will repay THE MONEY, HE HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING OF THE SORTS. They are scoundrels, his wife also a "Director"of the company Myrtle Lambert, goes under the pseudonym Myrtle Hardwich, be very very wary!!! Carol is so right, these people should be in jail!
I took my 1970 International Truck Radiator to Rudi, to be fixed, he overhauled it completely, and I installed it at home. After starting it, it sprang a leak, I called Rudi, and he immediately sent a Flatbed tow truck to fetch my whole truck! He repaired it, refitted it, pressure tested it, and advised me on other cooling problems he detected with his equipment AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! What a gentleman, and his knowledge and workmanship is outstanding thanks so much!

I made an appointment to service my vehicle, on the 8th January 2021, which was confirmed via e-mail, (cuan.goliath@kelston.co.za) with Cuan Goliath, a service Advisor at KELSTON, on the 4 January 2021. i was sent a form to complete prior to the service. On the 5th January, I contacted Kelston, left a message for Cuan Goliath, to contact me, as I was unable to complete the form. He never returned my call. On the 8th January, I travelled 83km to Port Elizabeth, from St Francis Bay, to have my vehicle serviced. I had my temperature taken at reception, and signed in just after 07h30. I was referred to Cuan Goliaths desk. I explained that I had not completed the form, but could do it there and then. He answered that it was a huge problem, and completely ignored me. I eventually left without my car being serviced, and journeyed 83km, back to my home.
I ordered an item from AMAZON, which was shipped with ARAMEX, on the 7th July 2020, it arrived in SA on the 10th July 2020. I was NEVER contacted by ARAMEX stating that the item was stppped for inspection by CUSTOMS. Eventually on the 3rd August 2020 I contacted ARAMEX, and the person responsible, Ms. SAKHILE SIMELANE, she only gave me information when I requested it. She NEVER followed up, nor guided me on how, or which information to supply to CUSTOMS. It is now the 8th September 2020, and only after I called her again today, after leaving several messages for her to contact me, she informed me that the item has been requested by Customs for physical inspection, she promptly put me on hold and ended the call, as soon as I started sharing my dismay with her. I would strongly suggest that AMAZON does not use the services of ARAMEX again.
