On 12 September 2023 we went to collect our company vehicle from Toyota. The engine of the Quantum is under the driver and passenger seat. the compartment to the engine was not even clipped close. When opening the engine ,the engine and battery was covered in oil(We were charged for 2 bottles of oil. 1 bottle that went into the engine and the other one that was spilled all over the engine. Should the technician not be held responsible for the bottle that was spilled?). The technician excuse was he was buys with other things and did not have time to stand and make sure that the oil went into the engine properly. The positive pole of the battery was left uncovered and oil all over it, the seat was just placed on top of the open pole of the battery . This is a hazard not only to us ,but to Toyota staff as well! The fuse box cover was missing as well. The front of the vehicle had the empty oil bottle left open and the last of the oil was dripping everywhere. We also received the vehicle back dirty. Toyota telling us that there was no time because the vehicle only came in that mornings ( The vehicle was dropped off by Toyota on the 8th, We were only able to collect the vehicle on the 12th). I spoke to the service manger but not sure what the outcome was. Extremely bad service considering this is the first time I have take the vehicles to Toyota Witbank.
One big ***** ****. I wanted to buy a puppy from theme only to realize that the picture of the puppies are the same its only the name and genders at the bottom that change. The offered me the same wise men couriers service and guarantied me that a nanny will accompanied the puppy on the Trip all for only R500. If it wasn't for these few revies on hello peter that saved me from being ****med I would have paid for a puppy that would never be delivered. The home address they gave is is clearly not correct either.
I requested a call back from 1st for women. Fano Maseko assisted me with my enquiry. All my questions were answered. Excellent service. Very friendly and professional. Thank you 1st for women for the great service.
We stay in a small town ,everywhere is herotel ads. The majority of our neigbours and friends have herotel. The only complaint from the people we know was the **** service that herotel give. We decided to give herotel a chance .2 weeks ago my husband contacted herotel to get a quote and install herotel into our home. The 1st sales person we spoke to informed us they will send someone out to where we stay to see why the sales people are having such problems with finishing our sale(PLEASE NOTE HEROTEL POLE IS STANDING IN MY GARDEN!!! Please explain as to why we can't get herotel with your pole in my garden???????) 14 September 2021, I then phoned to see what's the hold up. I was assisted by a sales person( his name was Ruan). I then had to phone 5 times just to receive assistance every time I was told that Ruan would contact me back but he never did. Eventually the 15 September 2021 the morning I phoned and spoke to Ruan he told me that they need to deal with body co-operate due to the fact that we live in a complex .He informed me that the following Monday 20 September 2021 he would contact me. I phones to speak to Ruan but once again he was not available (PLEASE NOTE WE LIVE ON THE OUT SIDE OF THE COMPLEX MY NEIGHBOUR LIVING IN THE SAME OUTSIDE COMPLEX SITUATION AS I HAS HEROTEL BUT WE WERE TOLD TO WAIT) Ruan Informed me that they would send a guy out to our location to see what's going on. He the told me the guy is on leave??? Kindly explain to me how you only have that one field technician who is able to help? so when your field tech goes on leave herotel client service stops as well??????. My husband phoned this morning 20 September 2021 and spoke to the complaints department . Now having spoken to 3 different people in 2 week no one is able to assist. Very poor service!!! We were informed by the complaint person that someone will come out to our house this week but it won't be today and probably not tomorrow. Can anyone assist me as the herotel service department cannot manage new clients properly and the life of herotel seems to hang in the balance of a technician on leave.
I like many other people made a booking with STA travel. To go to Thailand. When I heard STA was deciding on closing . I took action and started contacting the hotels and airlines to ask if my booking were still available. I was told that STA canceled all booking and haven't made any payments to the hotels or airlines. I contacted the contact number that was available on the STA website ( 064 911 3616) I spoke to a lady that took down all my details and promised that someone would get back to me. This was 2 weeks ago. I have emailed and no response. Today I tried to contact the same number again and this number is also out of order. I am very disappointed with the way this is being handle. I feel that STA travel are thief's and have stolen the money and won't give it back. . I asked that lady what is the way forward from here and the only response was the board is still busy .They could have at least have booked our holidays and paid it so that we could have take the necessary steps from there. I understand that there are a lot of people that have booking with them but no communication at all and only communication available is now disconnected as well. They say they will contact you but they don't my trip is at the end of this month and no communication has been made in anyway.
So like many of you I also made a booking with STA travel to ****et and Bangkok . Was in shock to hear that they have closed. I have tried to contact and email but it does not work. I the spoke to family members, who suggested that I try take my holiday into my own hands. I have emailed the hotels ins ****et and Bangkok and with speedy response the hotel in Bangkok told me that no booking for me was made. The hotel in ****et informed me that STA travel canceled all the reservations when the company announced that they are closing. I have not revived information from any of the airlines. I hope STA travel contacts us as they clearly stated in the article that was released. Its not that I wanted the money back I am more than willing to move the holiday i\.If STA travel would only contact the customers as promised.
