I send a cashsend to someone and to asked for my cashsend to be reversed as the the recipient was unable to get into the chat wallet, now more than 3 months later, my money has not reflected in my account. I sent the recipient another cash cash send and she is still unable to access both funds as she is unable to get to a branch at the moment. I even laid a complaint and thought my matter would be resolved by now but this not materialised either.
I dropped off my car in February 2024 and to date u still don't have my car. They don't communicate, you have to call to get a so-called update. I have complained numerous times. Even complained to my insurance company nothing is happening, still don't have my car. I honestly believe that they take on too much and don't have capacity, my car was supposed to take less than 4 weeks to repair the hail damage but it's taken 12 weeks and counting. I am totally at my wits end. The service is totally disgusting.
My car has been at the repair shop for weeks and every time there is a power alert Cartrack calls 2 or more times to ensure that everything is fine. Thank you Goitsemang Mogoai for the great service today.
I ordered two sets of amplify earpods and fitness watch combo on the 2nd of December 2023 and only received one set, I have been calling, emailing them. I signed the delivery note because I received an sms that someone on the way with my delivery though the one set had already been delivered. So I thought my order was being delivered separately. I really cannot believe that I was cheated out of my money, I am highly disappointed and want my money. All I am being told is they will contact me. I am shocked as the item I bought is still available on the website but I am without it and haven't been refunded.
Ordered something for my son on the website at a certain price, order was confirmed, the following day I receive an email stating that they are unable to fulfil as the product was listed at the wrong price therefore they cannot deliver. I do not get how their error is my problem they even sent me an order confirmation. Terrible service as this was not my fault and is not my problem. Was looking forward to my purchase. They obviously do not care about their customers. DO NOT buy anything from Snatcher.co.za ever, from other reviews is obvious that they are crooks. I just hope I get my money back.
We went to the restaurant at Riviera Hotel yesterday and the food left much to be desired, first of all the food took forever to be served, then we had the worst possible dining experience, the food was terrible, I honestly don't know why they are serving food, all 6 of us, we're nauses when we got home, if it was one person we would understand but all 6 of us... That restaurant called Matthews should be shut down, clearly it is a health hazard, that food was definitely not fresh..
On Monday, 8th February 2021, I placed an order on the Bottles App (order no. #746639, I checked the driver and was confident that my delivery was on its way. I then log into the app and apparently my order was delivered but I hadn't received it yet. I then send a message to support on the app as well as an email. After explaining numerous times that I had not received my order( and many back and forths later) I got a text from support on the app that a refund had been processed and would take 3- 7 working days, I sent a follow-up email to them on the 7th working day asking about my refund and today the 9th working day I am yet to receive a response from them and still no refund received. I believe that they believe that I received the goods, I live in a complex and I received no call from security regarding a delivery, they are free to investigate and proof that the goods were delivered to me, there are cameras at the gate, and show that indeed the delivery was made to me, I just want my money back. I do not understand why I must beg them for my hard earned money.
I am utterly disgusted with the service I am receiving from Sanlam life, I made a lump sum payment on the 23rd of February 2020 take advantage of the tax benefit to this date my money has not been allocated to my retirement annuity and I haven't received my updated tax certificate. I keep getting an email that I will be assisted on a certain date and come that date nothing has happened.
