Extremely poor service received from the staff at Furniture King Riverside. I purchased a new hisense fridge from the salesman Rodney who i informed after about a month that the the fridge was leaking, the fridge come with a 4 year warranty and i was advised the turn around time is 3 to 5 days. Due to an error from the furniture king staff member Michelle the wrong contact number was provided to Hisense. Its now going on 2 weeks as the complaint was laid on the 19th of February 2022 and till date my fridge has not been repaired or replaced. Their staff are extremely inconsiderate as i informed them my kitchen cupboards are getting damaged due to the water leaking, i have been constantly follow up with them. I shall now be exercising my right with regards to the consumer protection act.
Terrible customer care. Staff are not willing to assist. There was a system error that cancelled my order after payment and Zakiera from Yde online sales has not been helpful even after proof of payment was sent. Its over a month now and i have not been granted my refund. I warn potential customers of poor business accumen by Yde staff and management.
