After the wrong product was delivered and picked up again I never got my refund back. Just stories - A manager will contact you, that never happened. So think twice please.
Service is terrible. I use Takealot a lot and am looking for something else. After my first experience with Snatcher, I will never use them again. There are several issues 1) Long delivery time 2) Incorrect order delivered 3) Still waiting for refund 4) It feels like the customer is responsible for interacting with Snatchers and there is no contact or service from the company. Not a good experience. Not proactive at all. Refund takes 7 working days. Great.
I had a claim with the power search we had and there is no complaints whatsoever. I could not activate the card with my phone as my sms service is not working. I phoned your office and all was sorted in two houers. I must say that one mesure your Insurance company by how your claim was handled. It was a great experience. Thank you.
I paid for a marbelite refurbished pool in November 2019. After the marbelite cracked and came off Johan decided to paint my pool and when that came off he ran, him and Natasha would not take or return my calls or even refund me. Workmanship is of the lowest quality. There is not a single thing done correctly. Poor, poor service. Long short is you will have no warranty and out of pocket if you deal with them.
I phoned King Price and spoke to Craig Claasen to review my policy. At the end I saved a large amount on my premiums. In our current environment it will help a lot. Thanks for the great service.
