The entrance looks amazing, giving wedding vibes. The rooms are a ******, what I saw and booked online isn't what I received. The room was so small, you can't even move around the room. Bathroom is super small. Feels like a hostel in the suburbs. The electricity kept tripping, my brother's main bedroom door handle was broken. I won't recommend it to anyone
I’ve cancelled my mobile contract including the insurance in May via a Telkom consultant and never got a reference number. I’ve been currently receiving statements saying I’m in arrears for 2 months and the money is still accumulating due to reveals and dispute of the mistake they did on their side by a consultant who forgot to press the submit button. I contacted the customer care multiple times, emails being sent to the manager by different consultants about the same issue with no response or feedback. I spoke to a finrite consultant who said “my contract was terminated and there’s no arrears on their side” but when I called Telkom billing they said “the contract is still active on their side” that’s why I receive the sms/ statements of the arrears. I spoke to multiple consultants who claim to have sent emails to the manager who never ever responded to my case, some hanged up on me when I was trying to get a way forward about all of this (I have names of consultants who I communicated with) to understand why is it that I have to pay for a mistake that a Telkom consultant did by not completing the form correctly which ended up not being processed. I was told that they will listen to the recordings, even now they still on it I guess Now I’m owing thousands due to the accumulation and procrastination to assist or are solve this case Can I please be assisted on this case as it’s weighing on me and I need it sorted
