Bought a Ford used car on them on the 4th of June 2024. I raised complains of the car from the 5th of June. Solly Keetse(Salesman) from Toyota NMI kept on ignoring me until the 9th of July he came back to say I can take it to their partner Ford NMI Bruma because I kept complaining about the car. Even today the 13 of August 2024, the car is still with Ford NMI waiting for Solly.

Bad communication and bad service from Toyota NMI
Bought a Ford used car on them on the 4th of June 2024. I raised complains of the car from the 5th of June. Solly Keetse(Salesman) from Toyota NMI kept on ignoring me until the 9th of July he came back to say I can take it to their partner Ford NMI because I kept complaining about the car. Even today the 13 of August 2024, the car is still with Ford NMI based on Solly not giving go ahead for the roadworthy process that's still outstanding with the fixes.
