Account debited multiple times
Received a horrible service and response from capitec they have added crazy amount on the credit insurance and I have been going to hillbrow branch for the past weeks for the same thing, my account being debited 3 or 2 times every week the amount that we didn't agree on and the consultant told me she doesn't know how to help someone who gets paid weekly and she called head office and then they helped me and we made a new payment plan and again this week same thing happened. So drained going back and forth with the same situation
