In his response to HelloPeter Mr Venter said I must call him. Much as he alluded to resolving my mayhem once I called I did just that. Mr Venter sounded like he knew nothing about me after introducing myself and explaining the purpose of the call. He forwarded my call to Frans the supervisor whom I told my frustrations. Hi there, I bought a car at Agenbag Klerksdorp in February. The car was driven to Rustenburg by ghe dealership employee and received it on the 19/02/2020. On the 20 it gave me faults on the sctenn being( needed service soon, needed coolant, excessive squicking like whistling sound on the brakes,front right indicator bulb and number plate light to be replaced and lastly it had an on top of the gearbox. I immediately called the dealership and sent them pictured via what's app. They said it is because of wear and tear and I said it can't be due to the fact that the car was supposed to be serviced first and that such noises on the brakes are tempering with the drivers life ad break are safety device and cannot be ignored, and that such should have been corrected. He said to me I must bring the car to them as they are having their own workshop I said I could do that during the weekend not during the week as I work from monday to friday on week I am off. He insisted that they only service on Saturdays and that I shoukd bring it on weekdays I asked if it would be possible he arrange somewhere in Rustenburg where I can get it checked he said no. I managed to get the car their workshop on the first week of May due to ease of national covid lockdown. The car was checked and claims were made against my warranty. I was told everything was fine and fixed except water hose that needed changing and waitng for an order,and wilk call me. After twoo weeks faults I mentioned came back. I wrote the what's app to the dealership rep and he told that I must not **** with him as he told me to tell him same day car was fixed if it is alright.On the brakes side I could not becsuse some of the after market brake pads makes noise. I took thre car for service at the WestVaal Rustenburg and they discovered that thermostat,water bottle,thermostat housing,foglight globe,interior globe,indicator bulb,number plate bulb,they however said brakes were measuring oright. When I took the car for second time at WesVaal that is when they picked the noise,could not take the car to them due to work time and finacial constraints. August monthend I went to Agenbag about the car registration and he simply said it is not his baby as they said I must register it myself. Question is I paid for that why not doing it,I tried registering the car myself only to find that it is not appearing on enatis and the salesperson said it is because the roadworthy expired up untill today nothing has been sorted. Please assist with my frustration
