I would like to take this opportunity and warn the people of South Africa to stay far away from the online shop that is called homechoice Those people are here to make money and they don't care about people even if tell them u don't want a gadget cause it's faulty they don't listen they want their will to be done I bought this leptop from them last year March and I didn't have Chance of using it, it was broke from the first day till today The fact is they consider myself as *****ic because they don't want to give me my money or a new laptop and now hate everything about homechoice this because the they've cause so much disturbances in family and in my office work so Im hurt and I regret everyday of my life I remember one of the people warned me about homechoice and I didn't listen today I suffer my consequences of no listening
As a homechoice customer I'm so disappointed with regard the service that they are giving me while I'm paying them every month l don't even miss their debt order. We bought the laptop from homechoice last year March and it was a fault l believe it was a factory fault they've been fixing it till to date As I'm speaking they brought it back after 3 and they claim that they fixed it, it worse than before I now got a feeling that homechoice is **** 💥I'm warning people to stay from homechoice gadgets
I've deposited my money to this company because they said they are selling seeds and we are going to generate income as of today I haven't received any money and the money that I deposited it's gone Can we find somebody who's going to explain to us Their company's corporate number is C201300042724.
I have been waiting for Homechoice to reply on the the matter that I have raised on the 29th of October 2024 and I'm aware that they might not reply on this issue because their management and stuff are too arrogant. And as family we from regret to buy from their shop
My wife and I bought a leptop at home choice few months ago this leptop gave us a problem we told them this computer is giving a problem they took it back to them thinking that they are going to give us a new one but nevertheless they gave us the same leptop back Proline with problem no solved when try to all them they act as we are wrong and their unprofessional consultants who use to answer our calls while they are driving or at home where u would hear their baby crying on back ground it's rally painful What said is that they still dedacting on our accounts every months but our needs are not catered I would advise people not to buy leptops at home choice they showed us a very poor service and you could see that those people they don't care for customers they only want their money
I have been calling game store at 15:55 and they showed poor customer service I have asked a lady to help me to buy a washing machine and she transferred me to the line no body answered me and I called her for 3 consecutive times she couldn't help me she ended up dropping my calls as I persisting I'm so furious u can check my number on system 0670160370
This evening my wife and I we tried to call homechoice call a service center their consultants we busy laughing having their own conversation on line we call 7 to 10 some story happened up until 18:19 I decided to stop the lines were closed
Hi I'm capitac bank client last week Thursday I've withdraw the money from the shop from the small machine but the money didn't come out the machine so I've reported the matter telephonically and they said they will solve the matter after that they closed the phone So I've decided to go to the branch at Stanger and they told to wait they will do the follow up I've been waiting nothing as been said to me so far whether they found the money or not The amount of money was R700 now I'm stuck bcoz I need this money pls help me.
