MTN is a ****mer and constantly has hidden fees and bill increases
Trash Company, ****mers. When I got my contract in late November they said I would only pay R399. Then came Jan and the invoice said I owed R749. When I enquired they said it is pro-rata fees(hidden fees). Now it is feb and they just sent me a bill increase and an invoice that says I owe R429. So ever since I took the contract that specified that I would be paying R399 each month, I have always paid more. either they don't train their customer service staff adequately or they are just plain ****s and ****mers. I should have litigation against you.

Overcharging a customer
an electrician came here he got to the DB he than showed us that the wires were burned, he then started work on the DB without giving us a quotation, when he was done he then wrote us an invoice. the electrician took advantage coz he saw that we were only young adults in the house without and adult/owner who would hold him to account for the overcharge amount. I have already paid Leander the amount.
