There was no power at the house and I needed to be online and charge my laptop whilst also getting breakfast. The food is absolutely amazing and the portions are generous. Most importantly about my breakfast visit that morning was the impeccably great service from a lady by the name of Whitney. She was efficient and polite. I really enjoyed my breakfast not only because of the food, but the service. I have found my new breakfast spot. :-)
I went to the Bean Tree Cafe at Eagle Canyon this morning and I have to say it was the most harrowing experience ever. I arrived at 09:54 and at 10:44 I had still not received my order. It baffles me how this is the standard of customer service. I am truly disappointed and will never go there again.
I went from breakfast at the Woolworths cafe at the Hendrik Potgieter Retail crossing and it was such a harrowing experience. Firstly, it was a very warm day (30 degrees) and when we sat down to eat, the stackable doors do not open. We waited for a bit for our food in a packed cafe, with no aircon, with only one tiny escape door open. Whe. Our food eventually came I was dripping sweat. Uncomfortably, i tried to wolf down my burger so i could leave as quickly as possible but halfway through my meal i had used up 4 serviettes just wiping the sweat from my face. I ofcourse asked to speak to the manager (Ruth) and she told me there is nothing she can do. Needless to say, I asked for a doggy bag and left. What an unpleasant experience. I was really disappointed. Needless to say, I will not be setting foot there again...
FNB Connect is always going to be the worst department ever to get help from. I have sent a total of 4 emails to them requesting call logs and to date, nobody has made the effort to help me. One person actually called me and said they will send them through, i am yet to receive them. This is over a week ago. Terrible customer service.
I went to Chalk Craft eatery for lunch the other day and i decided to order their signature chicken burger. I normally never order any chicken burger, but i have to tell you it was the best i have ever had. Their service was impeccable and the host very friendly. I will definitely be frequenting there. If i were to fault anything, i would suggest that get a proper mixologist to take care of their ****tails.
I have an FNB connect prepaid package and have been happy with it for quite some time now. Every month I ask for my Itemised billing it a huge problem. Every month they inform me that I do not have itemised billing as art of my package, and every month i have to tell them that I always get it. I am truly at my wits end with this service providers lack of customer service. Truly atrocious service.
My girlfirend and I decided to go out to the movies on Friday evening since there was loadshedding to be out the house. After the movie we decided to grab some supper at DoppioClearwater mall. When we arrived, we were told that the kitchen was closed by the hostess (this was 30 mins before it closes mind you). After the manager stepped in to have us seated and told us that the kitchen is still open, we proceeded to order two burgers. When they arrived, they were grossly underdone, unseasoned and to say the least not fit for consumption. We asked to see the chef, but nothing was done to remedy our situation. I spent almost R400 on two burgers that I couldn't even eat. For a restaurant i really like to frequent, I will not be setting foot in one EVER!
Went to the Doppio Zero in fourways for my wife's birthday Breakfast... The service was absolutely spectacular. It was busy and the breakfast rush was manic. However they still managed to make the morning extra special. A big thank you to our waitress Precious and the manager Bradley. Thank you!
Had the pleasure of trying out a scuba experience with Sean from Plan D scuba. What a great instructor and a pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend you try Plan D scuba. Excellent service.
