Made an order yesterday. Driver tried to call me but I was in a bad reception area. I moved to where my signal was better and called back within two minutes. He did not bother to answer any of my seven attempts to call him. I then received a message that my order was delivered. I later confirmed with our guard members whether an order was left with them. They said nobody approached them with an order. The UberEats support platform then told me they cannot refund me because their driver followed their company policy and I will not be refunded the value of my order. I even paid a tip for the driver and he had the odecity to send a message via their app to thank me. I gave very specific instruction with my order, which he clearly did not follow. I would appreciate if anyone reading this review can point me in a direction where I take further steps against this daylight ******* - R367 is not small change.
He is not even one star worth because he did nothing for me - because I requested that he must clear my name from debt review. I paid money into his account and every time I ask for information, he demanded more money. I am so glad that I managed to get my account moved to another DC because within four months I received the good news that my name was cleared and a clearance certificate issued. It is normally not in my character to badmouth any person but unfortunately this company did me no favours, yet I was expected to a service fee for nothing. So, any person who is dealing with this company and with Adv Jacques de Beer, I really hope that you get better treatment than I got whilst being a "forced" client of his. I did not even know that my account was transferred to him after my original DC died! Only with assistance of another DC I found that out!
Legally Solo is a debt counselling service which I approached after having difficulty to have the debt review I was under, been cancelled. My original DC died and her son took over. Initially we had decent contact relating to my ongoing administration but gradually that contact became lesser and lesser until it totally stopped. All my attempts to contact him were unsuccessful. I then approached Lipco to try and assist me with the matter but they did not really managed. Only by chance I heard that my admin was transferred to a new DC. After one call from him, where he demanded money for work he done on my admin, he totally ignored my follow-up questions about why I must pay money every month but I do not see any results? That is when I looked to see if I can get my affairs transferred to another DC because I have paid up all my debt already in 2015 and I did not get any joy of having my name cleared and a clearance certificate issued to that effect. I chose a few DCs and 3 of them made contact with me. In the meantime I still tried to get answers from this Advocate Jacques de Beer but no joy. Then Legally Solo's Ms Sadiqua Solomons called me to find out if I managed to get my name cleared. I told her that I think she must take over my admin and assist me further. She sent me all the necessary documents to do the DC transfer. Once I made the requisite payments to get the ball rolling, she started the process of requesting the transfer of my account. That Advocate demanded more money for (no) services rendered. I paid the money just to get of him. Once my account was transferred, Ms Solomons got to work to clear my name. I provided her with all my past correspondence with my first DC and she manages to get my clearance certificate in a very short period of time. I really want to thank Ms Solomons for her hard and honest work on my account until the successful outcome of my reason for using her service. I am very sure if I didn't follow through with the transfer of my account, I would still be struggling with that Advocate. I have not tried to take out any credit (just to check if I am really free!) but I am sure that it should not be a problem. I also grew used to paying cash for everything, that I might not even consider making debt again but life is strange and I might be forced to buy a new car on credit!! So, I can refer any person who has difficulty in paying off their debt or not receiving good service from their DC, approach Legally Solo. I am very sure Ms Solomons will be able to assist you until you also become debt free!!! God Bless Legally Solo and all those who are working there!!
I received my ordered parcel this morning but the bag was not sealed as I expected it. It was delivered to my workplace and the person that received it said that the bag was open when he accepted it from the courier. Now everything that I have ordered was inside the bag but my issue is that the bag was not sealed and it looked as if the items had a very rough handling experience before it reached me. I had to repair the one box because the items just fell out. All my previous orders were well-preserved by the time it arrives to my destination but this times I am not satisfied by the way my order was handled.
I have ordered on several occasions printing cartridges from the shop and every time I received sterling service. Fast and efficient and correct!! Please, do not slack on your current service and I won't need to look for another place to shop!!
I had a bit of trouble to buy electricity online for my mother. I was referred to see if I could do it via PrePaid24. After the initial questions completed, the site informed me that the meter was not linked. Then I saw the site has a live chat link. I connected with a gentleman called Freddy. He assisted me by even linking my mother's meter so that I can buy her electricity online. He even called me to confirm what the process is supposed to be but he went the extra mile to do the linking himself. Thank you, Freddy, because my day was made by your friendly and patient service!!!
