I had done an upgrade on 02 June 2020 and had it cancelled on 05 June 2020 at the KZN Gateway store, uptill date no cancellation has been done. The phone was returned on the 05 June 2020, however i am still receiving the package with minutes and data. It is now 3 months and i do not expect to pay for a phone that i do not have and the previous contract is to end at September 2020 but its now sitting as a new contract ending 2022. I have made numerous attempts to get help in addressing this matter but all seems to be a dead end. No one seems to know what to do now that MTN has a new system.
