What a pleasure to work with a transport company that is honest, takes responsibility, looks after your parcels as if it is their own, friendly driver (Ben), friendly admin team and the rates are fantastic for the level of service you receive from this company. They put the customer FIRST and this is rare in the transport/courier world. Thannk you Netwerk team
We use this accounting software at my workplace and the downtime and lack of transparency is absolutely crazy. This company does not care about your business at all - we are unable to do anything on the software for hours on end without any communication form them. Our logo's doesn't print on Invoicing for easily more than a month now - and they still do not have an ETA as when it will be fixed. They have an online platform where only SAGE customers can log into and complain/communicate/share info, etc. and when you call them out and say you are going to take things further on other platforms, your comments and discussions gets deleted. So here I am desperate for this company to sort their stuff out as we are loosing money due to them :(
Worst experience with this company - they cannot even fix the vehicles that they sell! We had to outsource repairs and now we have to IMPORT the part ourselves!!! O_O PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
