We have been complaining about Lenova Construction to NHBRC but officials in Bloemfontein are taking bribes from the developer, a house built in less than 2yrs now have cracks inside and outside the developer doesn't want to fix the cracks she said NHBRC is on here side, it's evident that it is true we went multiple times to launch complaints but nothing is happening. Roof leaking was reported before 12 month but was never fixed it's almost 2yrs since we occupied the place.

CRACKS AND TILES
We bought a house from a developer named Lenova Construction in 2022 since we moved in we have been struggling to get Lenova to fix cracks and tiles, they claim that NHBRC told them not to fix cracks. These house was built between April 2022 and was finished in September 2022. Lenova refuse to fix roof and all the defects. We are sitting with cracks since 2022 now it's 2024.

Timeshare Contract Cancellation
I was invited to the Beekman Management Portfolio presentation on Saturday 12 September 2020 at Kiara Lodge by Justin and the agent who assisted us was Bobby. I signed the contract to buy timeshares for Illovo beach club. And agreed to pay the R10 000 deposit within 2 months, the first R5000 on 26 September 2020 and the last R5000 on 26 October 2020, then thereafter the monthly instalment. However as we have been thinking this through, my husband and I realized we will not be able to afford this, especially the monthly instalments and annual levy. I would like to cancel my contract. I have not received any communication yet and I do not have a membership number.Please be so kind to assist me before the payment agreement can go through on the 26th September. In the contract it was indicated that we can cancel anytime within 10 days of signing the contract, hence i am reaching out to you at the earliest. I am contacting you within the rescission period in order to cancel this timeshare contract. Please let me know if anything further is needed from my side.
