Disloyalty
I'm Thandeka Konile-Mdekazi. I need them to clear my name . I've cancelled their contract in 2017a d paid my debts myself because I found out that they were not paying my debts although I was paying them monthly. I paid the cancellation fee BUT my name is still under debt review until today. Octogen is completely *************, Disloyal and *******s. How can they not clear the name after 8years?

Failure to Reimburse
I wasn't denied reimbur*****t of 5000 after this insurance has authorised my car to be repaired clutch plate.The cost was 7.500 and they only paid 2000 and yet they Never gave me the details of the options and which one I belonged to.Now they saying they will only add 1000 .The person I'm dealing with there is Tebogo.
