Very reliable, friendly, accommodating service provided by Amy. I highly recommend Knysna Baby Equipment Hire for when you are in need of anything baby related when on holiday, or you are a guest lodge, B&B etc.. Very affordable prices too.

Fraudsters - PC Link Computers
If there was an option for a zero star rating, I would give it. This company are obviously in financial difficulties but have knowingly defrauded people out of their hard earned money. Placed an order for a craft desk to the value of R4059 and only when we queried late delivery, were we told it was out of stock and they would refund us. We are still waiting for the refund..... We are now not able to get through to anyone as it is all automated and no one answers emails. Please do not use this company.

Please do not buy on-line from PC Link Computers. We ordered a craft desk which cost over R4000 and after waiting 22 days, phoned and queried delivery status. We were only then advised that it was out of stock. As we needed the desk ASAP, we requested a refund which they agreed to. Since then, no refund and have not been able to reach them via phone or email. We are just being ignored. I would give them a 0 on the rating scale if it were available.

Very poor service Kaelo Xelus Gap cover
I have been awaiting a gap cover refund from Kaelo Xelus since the 13th of October. At first, each time I queried the long delay, I received a new reference number and a promise that someone will be in contact within 48 hours (which never happened). Then I received an apology for the longer than usual delay. Upon querying again, I was told they had not received a request from me at all. Sorted that out and now just silence.........

Manicaa
I placed an order in July. After a week or so, they came back to say no stock. Offered an alternative, which I took. Said product would be dispatched week of 10 Sept. I have emailed and tried to phone.... no response. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Silly me.....
