These people force you into signing up for an insurance policy and when you opt to cancel make no effort to cancel the policy i took one out and got a bad review from my wife as she has been with them previously so i opted to have it cancelled to avoid any issues i have not had this for longer than a week and it seems they want to keep my account active so they can gain this is ridiculous when i signed up the girl who basically informed me of the process told me they wont be deducting anything the first month and i have a choice to keep it after the first month now i am waiting on it to be cancelled . This is not right guys ontop of it when i asked her to have it cancelled she asked me if i was called why can she not have it cancelled as she has my details
These people are harassing me for my connect balance of 495 which has not been paid whilst they have made a mess with my loan repayment and still owe me with having excuses everytime that they paid back what they needed to which is not the case ....I have been in contact with them for months and decided to drop it as they do not come to a conclusion now they are putting Gl attorney after me for a 495 whilst they owe me more than 1000 pathetic. I have banked with FNB for long already and never had a problem until then . I have had ptsd and they stole from me this is not on

The amount was then debited on 23 June 2023. However, on 26 and 28 June 2023 you were refund R 74.54 and R 0.13 which is reflecting in your transactional account. On 04 July 2023, you were further refunded R193.79 which equates the amount you were refunded to R 268.42 which is the difference between R 1 647.42 and R 1 915.84. Kind Regards, Lusiba Ngesi I am to my last with this people and the excuses they give for money taken from me which had to be a refund and my loan was to be closed but then they reopened the loan and credit me again telling me the loan was reopened when the refund was due to me , i am sick and tired of fighting with these people . THEY TOOK MY LAST and now they want to tell me i owe them over 400 but they owe me 1900 rediculous i tell you , i have been in an accident suffee from ptsd and yet still have to deal with this nonsense. my money was taken from me and i had to make ends meet to feed my child and wife because they took my money . Dont even call me just give what is due to me and emial me.
So a week has passed and I still have not heard anything back from fnb since my last review I wonder what excuse they are thinking up once more regarding my money which had to be refunded to me only to give some excuse again that the account was reopened and I had to get an x amount which is not the case because they have ****** my money and claim to say I was only to get the x amount . Pathetic. I won't be conversing over the phone and would rather take emial you can't even have a conversation with either the emial or over the phone with them

Kindly be advised that there was a double credit done to your FNB Personal Loan on the 24th of March 2023 and your transactional account was only debited once. This matter was then rectified by our Administration department, there was an adjustment done on the 9th of May and the FNB Loan account was reopened and the debit order was then the last debit order was processed and the FNB Personal Loan account was closed. These people won't refund my money but put Gl lawyers to send me mail , I have been battling PTSD for months not can't even get to the office have put up several reviews regarding 1900 which have been taken from me and they have a connect legal on my account of 400 odd which they are now requesting I have not taken out any legal insurance with them and my money has been taken from me by them several time whereby they refund me only to reopen a loan which I paid and to have my money deducted once again this is pathetic service honestly. Please do not give me calls and give excuses and when emailing me you give me some other reason whereby you stole from me I am unhappy and my family has suffered because of your service . I will only respond to emails.

Your loan account was supposed to be closed in June and you requested for one instalment to be refunded which activated the account. Further note that interest on your loan account is calculated on the daily outstanding balance and is compounded monthly in arrears and the settlement amount is made up out of the unpaid balance of your loan (loan amount), unpaid interest, plus other fees, and charges payable up to the date of settlement. Due to interest being charged daily, it means that the settlement amount includes interest that has been charged from the day of your last debit order to the day that you settle the loan therefore there is no refund due to you. Kind Regards, Dimpho Koroloso I have had it with these people different excuses each time and my money has been taken from me how am I refunded any my loan reopened whilst they double deducted from me have not given both double deductions said I could get the one paid in ,the loan has been reopened and my money had been taken from me now all of a sudden its back to square one I had payment arrangements which was apparently not honored and they deducted my money now its this flimsy stupid excuse of daily interest whereby my money had to be refunded to me , what *** is this of a loan reopened but the loan has not been paid out in full I can understand if the loan was opened with the full amount and started over but to take my money twice not even pay it all back and then once more refund me for one debit only to open the loan again and have me stress and my family suffer this is pathetic service I tell you . I have been a loyal and trustworthy customer for years but I have had it up to here now. Don't even bother to try and call me I would prefer emial notice as I have to keep talking to people who keeps giving me other excuses I was told I would get my refund and I only got R200 from a total of almost 2000 taken from me . So frustrating do you people consider your customers I suffer from ptsd and have depression and this is just making it worse I can't even get to the bank and here I have to deal with this bull! I am sick and tired of putting up a review regarding my money which was taken from me and keep getting an excuse R1915 taken and I am refunded 200 this is pathetic. How can a loan be reopened to refund you and closed again then you are only refunded not even the total amount taken beside that they have ****** twice from me before then . This is ridiculous and I have had it up to here with this people response to review I have rep**** on , I was told i would be refunded why must I keep writing a review . Is this what you call customer satisfaction or will you keep treating me like this my family has to suffer because the last money was taken when I have paid full already and had to be refunded only to have my loan reopened due to refund why was the entire loan then not opened and deduction going from the start all over again .
I have had it from a refund of 1915 all they refunded was 193 after constantly putting up reviews each time it is just a mess with these people . Seriously stop playing with people's lives ,money time and hardworking to make a living we have enough stress go deal with. Honestly FNB used to be the best bank I would have recommended anyone anytime but now no I don't think so this has been going for months now and each time it is a different thing or they just rob you once again how can you get refunded for a debit which was your money the loan gets reopened and the next you know it a month after the month of refund you are loosing money again ,is that the idea a refund lol to top it off they say you getting your refund only to give you less than 10% of what has been taken from you . *****ERY I don't feel like hearing stories now don't even feel like taking a call only to go through the same **** again .
