I made an online inquiry, the next thing I receive a router from a courier service and get a call from Open Serve. I may queries to Rocketnet, I can't get through on the lines and eventually send a message to their WhatsApp service and I ask why I'm receiving all this stuff and having Open Serve people come to my house when I have not even spoken to anyone from Rocketnet, and are told that the contract will start on the 1st of April, however the very next day my account is debited! I have not received a contract or anything from Rocketnet but I'm already being charged, when I still have a contract with a current service provider.
RiskGuard is not my regular insurance, this was a third party claim. A claim from the 22nd of July 2020 has still not been settled as of the 18th of September 2020! The quotation that they have approved but still not paid out for says the repairs will take four days, however, they refuse to give me a car as they do not pay car hire. I can't use my car hire option from my insurance as the claim is not with them. I will never recommend RiskGuard to anyone!
