Bad service from VW Westgate
I took in my car for repairs for EPC light and technician said it was a Turbo actuator but after replacing it EPC light is still showing, so they now said its the turbo and mind you the warranty now doesn't want to pay full for the turbo because they diagnosed it wrong. Been two weeks now waiting for the service lady to come back to me about the way forward. honestly bad service from VW Westgate

I have perused your findings and herein wish to respond as follows; namely, I confirm as I hereby do that your findings are disputed and request that same be referred for review. I categorically reject that I was under the influence of alcohol more so in the absence of any blood test or administration of the Breathalyzer. I pause to state that at no point have I refused to subject myself to any reasonable assessments at the scene or shortly after the incident. Therefore, to conclude absent corroboration that I was laboring under the influence of alcohol is both arbitrary and unreasonable.
