Your Solar installed my Sunsynk system in February this year. I have to compliment this company on their professional top notch service and support - from sales, installation and after sales service, they have exceeded my expectations. Excellent Customer service
I ordered a yoghurt maker which after using for a couple of months started malfunctioning. After reporting this to faithful to nature, they advised me that the supplier has discontinued this product. Michaele from Faithful to Nature arranged for the courier to collect the faulty product and I was credited with the full amount that I paid for it. This was managed professionally and efficiently - Thank you Michaele!

Great attitude and service.
Although I have not yet concluded a deal yet with Michelle Ann Lazarus, she is does constantly follow up with me and is enthusiastic , keen and has a great attitude.

Great service from Lefu Mohale from Discovery insure
I received impressive service from Lefu Mohale from the Client Servicing department. He was patient and took the time to answer all my queries in a way that was straight forward and gave examples to enhance my understanding of the discovery insurance products. Thanks Lefu, you deserve 5 stars!!

Snatcher Refund process worked
I purchased emergency light bulbs for loadshedding, but they did not work. I logged a return and dropped them off at the snatcher office. They explained that the refund would take a few weeks and I received my refund in full in the time period that they promised.

Please consider these sugguestions
I have been with Discovery Insure for many years almost from the start. I am very happy with their service so far. I have really benefited from their Excess Funder account and have quite a bit now in that account. I would like to see more flexibility of the usage of the the funds in the EFA for e.g To be able to use these funds to pay for car servicing at bosch or to convert these to discovery miles

Accelerit - worst service ever.
I applied for fibre on 2021-01-25 - it is now 2021-02-12. They promised to install within a couple of days - what a lie! I have since phoned them multiple times, each time they apologize, and then make more promises that are broken again. If you can possible avoid this company, then do so, you will be saving yourself a lot of aggravation. If they were not the fibre providers, I would have definitely used a different ISP.

Amazing Service from Skoert
I Purchased 3 skoert vlieg fly deterrent fans directly from https://skoert.co.za/ on special and had amazing service from Elizabeth the owner of this company. One of the fans had a problem and Elizabeth personally arranged to have it replaced very quickly with a new one. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth for her good business ethics and excellent customer service.
