Ford Dealership in Kokstad is Disgusting
The Ford dealership in Kokstad is disgusting with its management that doesn't care about its customers. Three times my Ford Ranger 3.2 Auto 4x4 that I bought from them in 2017 has been giving me problems. Never even offered me a courtesy vehicle , it was worst the negative attitude I received from one of their managers Elton. I am sure their belly's are full and I am convinced.

Ford Service is a Dissappointment and absolute nonsense
I bought a Ford Ranger 3.2 D/Cab Auto 4x4 in 2017 at Ford Dealership in Kokstad. Ever since I bought the car being a brand new vehicle it gave me one problem of a gearbox. It has been changed from time to time and the dealer never cared to give me a courtesy vehicle. On 21th August 2020 the vehicle I experienced the same problem and the vehicle was towed to Kokstad Ford and they found that the new gearbox that was replaced in 2019 is again faulty. Ever since the vehicle was with them , they declined to give me a courtesy vehicle. The Ford Ranger 3.2D Auto 4x4 is a frustration , I never enjoyed the vehicle ever since I bought the car. The garage and Ford company never cares for their customers, they are only interested in making profit not the good will of their name. I need your assistance Peter
