I made a booking to Mpumalanga, same day decided to cancel it as I'll be going to Cape Town the following month. The Booking.Com allowed me to cancel same day at a R0.00 cancellation fee, the system also confirmed i should expect to receive my funds within 8 -10 days. After a week i call them and they are telling me unfortunately the trip is not refundable. Their system is not trustworthy, and their customer service consultants are rude, and you have nowhere to compliant. They say they can't send any email to myself; they can't pass me to their superior and they hang up a phone in my ear. Book there at your own risk.
Haval Ontdekkers normally drops me off at home at Soweto when i bring the car for service, today they told me they only dropping people staying 15 minutes from their station. This is pathetic because this then place all Haval owners living in Soweto at a disadvantage, we don't have Haval in Soweto. I think this company only caters for certain people there was a guy who stays in Krugersdorp more than 15 minutes drive but was delivered, not for everybody, now my day is mixed up. Wrote a complaint to Deon but no response, what a bad service!!!
Protea Glen Mall Debonair Pizza has the worst Customer Service Delivery, No Customer Centricity, No care, No attention to details. It is repeated poor customer service that I'm not going to ever eat Debonair, i preach the same to both my family and friends. Don't go there if you want peace in your life, the staff is so rude, no form of escalation is taken seriously, no one cares.
I promised Netstar to write daily on this platform until they remove their devise from my car, Nicholas Nandalall their Key Account motor dealer and team only activated the device in my car after i sent through a cancellation request because of poor service i recieved. Since Charlotte Mtshali their Telesales Consultant has requested their retention team to come and de-install their device, its almost a month now, no one called me for a removal appointment. They call me to tell me the wherabouts of my vehicle, I'm happily with cartrack now, they keep debitting my account, i just reverse those debit orders because i have no business with them. I'll send tommorow around this time again the progress od this incident.
Netstar services is the worst ever. I got a new vehicle and the garage installed their device on my vehicle, it's more than 5 days already their panic button is not working, they cannot trace my car. Should something happen to my car my insurance not going to pay. Their consultants cannot locate my application. I'm frustrated. The don't care about their clients.
