Haval Ontdekkers normally drops me off at home at Soweto when i bring the car for service, today they told me they only dropping people staying 15 minutes from their station. This is pathetic because this then place all Haval owners living in Soweto at a disadvantage, we don't have Haval in Soweto. I think this company only caters for certain people there was a guy who stays in Krugersdorp more than 15 minutes drive but was delivered, not for everybody, now my day is mixed up. Wrote a complaint to Deon but no response, what a bad service!!!

Excellent customer service!! I signed up for a car which I was not able to test drive (the Edenvale dealership did not have keys on the floor :) ). I went to Haval Woodmeand besides the fact that I arrived very late in the afternoon, I was immediately offered a test drive and the features of the car thoroughly explained. It's unfortunate that I could not give you my sale.

I am giving you until the end of the week to resolve this, failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to go the legal route, and include media, I am certain that there are a lot of channels on tv who would like to broadcast such matters and expose the level of unprofessionalism displayed at this dealership. It is questionable on how the VW polo was sold and as a dealership you should know better that a change of ownership should have been made at the point of selling the car. This Donovan guy, is having the time of his life collecting traffic fines, and I must be the one receiving nasty letters of traffic violations, should this lead to court summons, the dealership will be held accountable for this, I am totally dissatisfied on how this matter has been handled thus far, this is totally not fair.

Very good dealership. Reasonably priced deals on all new vehicles. Used vehicles also available. Customer service is very good and staff are knowledgeable about the vehicles on sale. Safe and secure parking on the premises. Test drives can be conveniently arranged when booking an appointment. Nicely sized showroom in an easily accessible location. Definitely worth the visit, for those looking at purchasing a vehicle.

I have a 2 year old haval h6, and suddenly the car just lost power. I took it in for a check up as we had had the last service only 1500km ago. They found that the turbo sensor had died and immediately requested the warranty approval to replace the part. 2 days later i had confirmation that the part had been approved and was on the way to the dealership. Took my car in this morning as the warranty approval was granted and received a call a short while ago, that all has been corrected and the car is driving like a dream again. I have had ZERO regrets in buying my Haval. I am on a service plan, but parts not covered by the service plan are not hyper expensive. We have had magnificent drives down to the coast with 2 kids and the car loaded to capacity with no issues. We have moved house with a heavy tailor behind my Haval and you barely notice the difference. It is a strong and reliable car! I've always had great customer care at the Haval dealership in Roodepoort (ontdekkers road) I wont buy another brand of car again in a hurry if the business continues to treat their customers with such great care and respect, and continue to manufacture magnificent cars at a fraction of the competitors price!

I Ntombi Precious Tshabalala bought a car Haval H2 in November 2019 Registration HT 38 CL GP, last week the car just decided to stop running as we were in Secunda on the 27 January 2019. We called our insurance to tow it and they took it to The Glen Auto and general as they said they will tow it to the closest dealership. On Monday the 28 January 2019, I called The Glen and they advised me that they are waiting for HAVAL authorisation as the was a problem with the clutch which they will take picture and send them to you as they need to take out gearbox. Today I called then and they said they are still waiting for you and unfortunately they have nor heared from you as the Haval head office and if the part is in South Africa or not they will advise while we waiting with no car . We are so unhappy and disappointed that we had to call thousand people to get an answer for our vehicle while we also disappointed that as early as it is and now broken. Should they take out the gearbox it’s as good as OLD and has had an accident cause clearly there is a mechanical problem with this car. We cannot wait for another week for the parts from China or wherever might be to be couriered to South African, we need a new car as in yesterday and cannot understand why we should be carless while we bought a BRAND NEW CAR. I was about to lodge a complaint to The National Consumer Commission/ Consumer Complaints South Africa and HELLOPETER about the above query as no one is telling us what is happening with our car.. I was reluctant to buy this car as its still a new brand which we don’t know how good the quality it is.

Buying a car is a traumatising experience, both for the buyer and his family as they shop around trying the find the best value for money deal with minimum risk and with the expectation of good, honest service. I can in all honesty say that I have experienced an extremely HIGH Level of quality service from a particular Sales executive based at Haval The Glen in JHB. His name is Louis Gerber and he is definitely living up to the Haval JHB South promise. I have purchased over 5 cars in the past 26 years since I got my licence, and never before have I experienced such amazing service. Many dealerships put up fancy slogans on their websites and all over the dealerships walls, but very few live up to them. Haval Jhb South is totally different and the level of service that I received from them will guarantee that I will buy my next car from them. I am based in Durban and saw a vehicle advertised online at this dealership. I was a bit sceptical to buy from jhb as I can’t see what I am going to get but I sent an online query and had Louis Gerber call me back almost immediately. He took the time to understand my and my family’s needs and went out of his way to structure a deal for me. Louis offered me the best trade in offer on my car and also went out of his way to ensure I get finance at the best available rate. He also went out of his way to ensure my car was fully compliant as per my insurance requirements. He was in constant contact with me every step of the way advising me on the best options and also updating me on my finance application status. It has really been a pleasure dealing with Louis and I am extremely happy with the car that he has sold to me. He gave me my new SUV for R30 000 cheaper that what I was getting it for in Durban. The service was more than I expected and Me, the client was definitely his top Priority. I would recommend anyone to buy their next new or used vehicle from Louis at Haval The Glen as you can be assured of getting excellent quality service that they have to offer.
