I’d recommend Prime SA to anyone anytime, they are customer centric, consultants are friendly and well trained, always professional. My call the same less than 5 minutes and everything was sorted including the email that the consultant promised to send. The service is definitely a 5/5
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Cherry Northcliff. It has been nearly two years since I purchased a car from them and I've had nothing but problems. The car has had numerous issues, such as the reverse camera not working, windows not closing when locking the car, and Apple CarPlay disconnecting. Despite multiple consultations with service managers and the DP, the issues persist. The dealership's solution is always to book the car in for service, provide a loaner vehicle, and then tell me a few days later that the car is fine, only for the same issues to reoccur. I feel like my concerns are not being taken seriously and that I am being treated unfairly. My experience with Cherry Northcliff has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I regret trading in my previous car for one that is constantly giving me errors. I am also worried about what will happen once the car goes out of warranty, and whether I will be liable for the costs of the issues that I have reported since day one. I have requested for the car to be recalled, I cannot continue to be driving in this condition, I do not see anything that would work if they had failed to fix these issues for almost two years.
I bought a Cherry Tiggo 7 November 2022. It was hardly three weeks when the vehicle started having technical issues, voice commands not working, Sun roof not closing when locking the car, screen going blank when reversing, screen delays to come when turning on the engine and many more issues. Vehicle has been booked in several times but to date Cherry has not not been able to fix these issues. I have requested them to replace this vehicle, but of course they don’t care about customers, it’s all about sales, they should be ashamed of calling themselves the best after sales service in the industry they are far away from that. I am extremely disappointed about Cherry, they have failed me dismally, please do not buy Chinese cars especially Cherry. Poor quality car manufacturers.
Horrible experience with Makro and their suppliers. On the 22nd of May 2023 I made an online purchase, a week later I followed and the status of my order changed to order delivered to customer and that is not the case. I asked where is the proof of delivery that I signed and the agent could not answer me. I called in the contact centre and was told that the matter will be escalated to date nothing has been done not even a single call or email to let me know that they are still working on my request. I have been calling Makro contact centre and being put on hold, or drop my calls, so I decided to go a Makro store on the 10th of June and was connected to the supplier and I requested for a refund. The supplier promised to process the refund and to date nothing has been done yet. No absolute care for customers. I would not recommend online purchase with Makro
I have had a horrible experience dealing with PMD I submitted a claim, got it approved and had the car booked in it’s been over a month now and the car is still not repaired, they gave me a courtesy car which was only for 30 days and had to bring the car back to the rental company, I am told that the panel beater Motor Accident Group is still waiting for parts, no one cares, I am stranded now with no means on transportation no efforts to ensure that the repair work is done in time, extremely disappointed with PMD and would not recommend to anyone
I have been using PMD since 2016 and not even once I had a claim declined, PMD offers customised solutions to clients, I made a claim, got it approved and was offered a courtesy car as part of my benefits and allowed me to leave the courtesy car at the panel beater when collecting my car, evey year I call PMD for a price review and because I am working from home PMD has been able to afford me that, I recently bought a new car and a PMD consultant managed to negotiate an affordable premium because of loyalty. I’ve recommend PMD to family and colleagues to give it a try.

Super fast and effective service are some of the characteristics that describe Prime Meridian Direct. I request a call back on the Prime early this year for a premium review and within 5 - 10 minutes I received a call and the consultant was able to assist me in no time. On Monday 21 Feb 2022 I submitted a claim, then followed up on Tuesday to check if all documents, two days later my claim has been approved. I was overwhelmed by the fact that I was kept in the loo on the progress of the claim and every consultant who called me was very professional. Systems are user friendly as well, I could easily describe the incident on the system with no hustle. I can confidently say that I can recommend PMD anytime.
I am giving you until the end of the week to resolve this, failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to go the legal route, and include media, I am certain that there are a lot of channels on tv who would like to broadcast such matters and expose the level of unprofessionalism displayed at this dealership. It is questionable on how the VW polo was sold and as a dealership you should know better that a change of ownership should have been made at the point of selling the car. This Donovan guy, is having the time of his life collecting traffic fines, and I must be the one receiving nasty letters of traffic violations, should this lead to court summons, the dealership will be held accountable for this, I am totally dissatisfied on how this matter has been handled thus far, this is totally not fair.
