AVANA home had collected 2 couches to reaphulster - they collected these couches from our home in August - in September we paid them in full as they needed capital for the material that they had to buy - after months of follow up and requesting feedback - they have now basically ghosted me - don’t answer my whatsaps, and does not answer the phone Don’t to business with them - 7000 down the toilet!!
My policy was moved from Hollard insure to Dotsure at the beginning of the year - the conversation team were super helpful and efficient!!! They were able to answer all of my questions and put me at ease that this movement was the best move and that my policy had in no way been compromised. I am super happy with the self service app and all the client service representatives I have dealt with has been absolutely amazing. Supper happy with every interaction i have had with Dotsure!!
I have now ordered from Cum books with Home delivery twice. Super high quality product speedy delivery and with this delivery i asked that it be delivered before Friday (ordered Tuesday afternoon) My parcel arrived this morning. Really amazed with CUM books! Love their brand, Their Products and now Absolutely loving their service and customer care
I purchased a new contract via Vodacoms online portal on the 9th of July and took delivery of the phone and new sim on the 15th of July 2020. To date the Sim hasn't been activated. I have been dealing with the after sales call center on 082 1954 to try and get the number activated - first it was 24-48 hours. Then the delivery agent didn't complete his tasks on his side - wait till Sunday morning. Still no activation - Call again on Monday - no wait it should be on later on the same day (20/07/2020) the line has still not been activated. Tried calling the same call center now to have a voice prompt tell me "there has been an unusually high number of calls from this number - we have blocked it to prevent fraud" - either send a whatsap or call a new number at a charge of R2per minute! No where can i speak to an actual human - the chat bot on the website registers the number I'm currently using as pre-paid so cant help me there - and there again, when i say i want to speak to a human i get the fraud msg. Trust me! I will not be calling Vodacom call centers for my fun and entertainment as they have NOT been helpful at all since i took delivery of the phone! 6 days - contract still not activated. Whats the point! Even when i rate my level of service and say POOR no one calls you back to ask why?? So whats the point of rating the service!
I have a 2 year old haval h6, and suddenly the car just lost power. I took it in for a check up as we had had the last service only 1500km ago. They found that the turbo sensor had died and immediately requested the warranty approval to replace the part. 2 days later i had confirmation that the part had been approved and was on the way to the dealership. Took my car in this morning as the warranty approval was granted and received a call a short while ago, that all has been corrected and the car is driving like a dream again. I have had ZERO regrets in buying my Haval. I am on a service plan, but parts not covered by the service plan are not hyper expensive. We have had magnificent drives down to the coast with 2 kids and the car loaded to capacity with no issues. We have moved house with a heavy tailor behind my Haval and you barely notice the difference. It is a strong and reliable car! I've always had great customer care at the Haval dealership in Roodepoort (ontdekkers road) I wont buy another brand of car again in a hurry if the business continues to treat their customers with such great care and respect, and continue to manufacture magnificent cars at a fraction of the competitors price!
I've known Marius Higgs for a long time, and he has always been willing to help with my tax. Granted i'm not a super complicated tax client, but Marius never ceases to amaze. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, doesn't mind explaining how things work. His prices are very competitive, and it is definitely value for money. I have recommended him to many friends and co-workers and they have all had the same feedback! I'd defiantly recommend Marius and Tax assist to anyone who is struggling with their tax or just cant find the time to do it themselves!
