Tax Assist- Bad service
Really, not the best service.Myself and a few colleagues have been with this company for the past few years and we have finally decided to change because paying such a high premium in order to receive 12 day delays on emails as well as incorrect information on pyaments has finally eaten away at our patience. I cannot recommend their services.

Tax Assist- Bad service
Really, not the best service.Myself and a few colleagues have been with this company for the past few years and we have finally decided to change because paying such a high premium in order to receive 12 day delays on emails as well as incorrect information on pyaments has finally eaten away at our patience. I cannot recommend their services.

TaxAssist is TaxOpportunism!!!!
I was not assisted so much as they played a zero contribution middle man. The person I was dealing with (Nomonde) advised absolutely nothing and instead just forwarded me communications from SARS but didn’t explain to deign to take the time to actually interrogate what they were asking for! Even now I have a notice from SARS saying they adjusted my return but I have no idea what was adjusted as no one has bothered to notify me of the changes!

More Service Needed
Okay service an affordable. Although the online system is good it's sometimes hard to understand for newbies. Also I didn't feel like someone was understanding me and my situation. I had a lot of questions around tax but no one was assisting - I think they assume we all know about tax already

More Service Needed

Be warned, stay clear of this "accountant"
I am so frustrated with this Marius I honestly want to cry. He is honestly a crook and should not be allowed to practice. Paid him for a full year of accounting services and he did not do any of the work that he promised to do, and then blatantly said he was too busy to do the work. As if that is my problem!!! Please, there are many good tax accountants out there, and Marius is not one of them....

Malpractice from Marius Higss
My husband and I have reported Marius for malpractice. He has charged us for services that he never delivered. I am glad to see that others have come forward too. I hope many more of us do!

Poor Service
I was searching around for a good tax consultant to assist me in my tax query. While searching Tax Assist came to my attention. With the 4 star rating, I decided to reach out to them. From beginning of January till now they have not provided any positive feedback. They took over my efiling profile and from middle of Jan till now they have not assisted me at all, despite leaving messages on email and calling them. They promise to get the consultant to call me back and nothing happens. Such unprofessional service!!!!!
